Just wondering if anyone has seen the ceramic center on plugs have very hair line cracks in them! What might have caused it.

Just bought a 2013 Boss short block and was wondering if I can use my heads off my 2013 coyote motor to put on it without any problems? I've heard that you can change the spring on the heads but do you have too? And is there anything else I might need?
