First one was red 96-98 on rt.4 in Upper Marlboro with what looked to be IRS and side exhaust, the next one i saw was a white 03-04 with loud ass exhaust on eastern ave. and martin luther king blvd. in Seat Pleasant. Do those cars belong to anyone here?
