I am currently running 22lbs on pump gas and torco. If I pulley down 1lbs to 21psi would it be ok to run the 22lbs tune? I assume it would just be a little rich. I would like the experts opinions though. Thanks

My car was recently tuned. I just went to go through emissions and the rear 02s are off causing me to fail. All other monitors were ready. Can I just use my x3 to turn them back on in the tune or will I have to go back to the tuner to have them enabled?
