Just a thought.....might want to use a different material than aluminum for your rotor spacer. If driven hard, heat transfer from the rotor to the spacer could heat it up enough to soften the metal, thus turning it into essentially a "crush collar".....if that happens your wheel will become...

Since i was going with the gigantic 5.4 DOHC, I decided i wanted as much free room as i possibly could get so i opted to install a AJE tubular k member as well as 1/2" k member spacers. While i was there, i picked up a set of front cobra/mach/bullitt brakes. I do still need to delete the ABS...
