Looking to buy some 01/02 style Lightning rims. They don't have to be pretty, they just have to be straight, can't be bent, no cracks, etc. Scratches are fine though.
Get ahold of me asap.

I have yet to take it to the track, but it feels nowhere near a 12 second truck, and I've owned some quick cars.
Its an 01, fresh 03 motor. Mods are cold air intake, 1 3/4" long tubes, 3" offroad y pipe/muffler/back, 4lb lower, diablosport tune @ 11.5 A/F, oil seperator, 17" f150 wheels on...
I just noticed an L with these and I love it. The slants on the doors look great, the numbers below the headlights also.
My questions are; who makes/ sells them?
What side is the correct side for the number?
Does it seem.... incorrect that saleen decals are on a svt truck?
So I've had some offers of people with Expy rims and FX4 rims, etc wanting to trade for my RTS wheels. Haven't had much luck finding someone to trade for some lightning wheels... currently I have some standard f150 aluminum wheels on my L for winter status.. they look ok but are kinda bland...
A buddy of mine noticed when I did a short WOT pull (60mph-70mph), some really thick white smoke was coming out of the exhaust.
I checked the oil and coolant, both look fine and it doesn't seem like any was used.
Truck runs fine too, doesn't backfire or miss. 11.3 A/F, runs good.
I'm going...
I want to put some SVT center caps in the aftermarket wheels I have. The mounting diameter is roughly 2.78". What center caps from SVT wheels will fit?
Thanks.
Yea I know, sounds dumb. Anyone ever done this? Unfortunately my truck seems to stand out and id like to install one of these in my cab for many reasons.
What are good brands?
Can I wire it to my truck? Or will I have to use an ac convertor?
Thanks for any and all help.

So I want more boost. I currently have a 4lb lower. I've heard an 8lb lower isn't very reliable for daily use? Why is this?
My current mods are 4lb lower, long tubes/ full exhaust, intake, diablosport tune, tr6 plugs.
My tune is to the leanest point on the diablosport and pulling 11.3 a/f...
I posted up for sale here my 22" rims, or to trade for some stock Lightning wheels. Welp, a guy who lives about an hour north of me wants to trade.
But, I'm not sure if I'm getting a legit deal.
My rims are 22" American Racing RT-S with Toyo Proxes S/T tires 315/30/22, 70% tread left but 1...
*Only looking to trade for some stock 2nd Gen. Lightning wheels*
Or
Cash money
Anyway, these things came on my Lightning, and the look really grew on me, but, I've been loving the look of the factory Lightning wheels lately and want some. The guy I bought my truck from sold...
I bought my Lightning this year and the previous owner said it had a 2/3 drop. At the time I didn't know much, and believed him.
After looking at pics of Lightnings with actual 2/3 drops, they look alot lower than my truck.
I can't tell if the rear shackles are stock or aftermarket, everything...
Great condition, comes with the extra piping and sensors as shown unless you'd like it without.
$300 obo.

I'll be using the DiabloSport Predator to tune with for now. I only have minor mods: Long tubes, O/R Y pipe/full exhaust, 4lb lower, CAI.
So, as of now, at WOT, the wideband is reading 10.0 a/f. I'm assuming that's very rich.
I was told the perfect tune is 11.8. So, I need to lean this out...
Ok soooo I have a Superchips, chip. I also have a DiabloSport Predator handheld tuner. Should I still keep the chip installed to the ecu? Or can I take it off now since I have the handheld tuner?
Thanks.
I'm sure there's a thread on this but I couldn't find it when I searched from my phone.
What's needed other than the blower, lower intake, and upper intake, to supercharge an 02 F150 4x4?
I did a little tuning with my handheld tuner and the trans doesn't seem to like it. I raised the line pressure all the way up and set shift points to 5400 across the board. When the trans tries to downshift, it almost seems to get stuck between gears and hit a limiter, but the rpm's aren't...
I currently have a 4lb lower pulley on my 01, has an 03 engine if it matters. Can I add a 2lb upper and still be reliable? This is my only vehicle so it needs to stay reliable. My other mods are long tubes, offroad y/full exhaust, air raid intake, and diablosport tune.
Also, which are better...
I have a diablosport predator to do minor tuning with. My truck doesn't have an crazy mods so my buddy and I made up a small tune for it. The mods are full exhaust, cone filter, and 4lb lower.
The problem is; at WOT the truck won't shift into the next gear. It seems to hit a limiter of some...
