Boneless shake and bake pork chops and some golden potatoes.
Grew up poor with the super thin, bone in pork chops and usually had them shake n'baked, my favorite kind of pork chop by the way. When money wasnt as tight mom and dad started buying the thick cut, boneless chops and me and bro went on strike until the cheap-o-chops came back. I still will eat canned green beans over fresh or frozen all day long too.

P.s.
"Chili" from a can is only allowed on hotdogs.

Yeah, but I'm guilty as well with those and when I do stuff on the pellet grill.

I flipping love bone in chops, and still use the shake and bake sometimes. We used to get real thick cut bone in chops, cut a pocket and stuff them with some type of stuffing. Haven't done that in forever. Wife is shopping this AM, I'm adding that to her list.

Picked up a few nice looking Delmonico's today, bagged them up with salt, pepper and a pat of butter. Ready to be sous vided when its steak time, theyre stuffed in those baggies but are about 1.25lbs each and almost 2" thick.

Been meaning to try smoking some things, need to do some research first.
My first smoke was a pork butt. (Relatively) cheap, easy (low and slow), delicious, easy to fix **** ups with bbq sauce.

Which reminds me I need to start a 2024 grill season thread. Or, @03cobra#694 would you rather I just bump last year's thread and have to take the year out of the thread title

Bump it. That way they can go back and look at past stuff.
