They lemon'd the t rex yesterday after having a reverse fluid leak for over 2000 miles, 5 trips to the dealer, 2 new reverse units and lots of headaches. I know most of your hate the sexy rexy but I still think they are tons of fun and fast. If you have kids, they are TONS of fun to bring the kids out in as well.

Anyways, I declined campagnas offer to get another rex and decided to get a second bike. 2024 BMW M1000RR.

I probably won't ride the M bike very often as I have another BMW R18 cruiser that I love to ride but when I get the itch to break my back and hurt my elbows, I can scratch, lol.

Couple pics and the video is my bike that the dealer sent me...should have it at my house sometime this week.

Wild! I can't imagine the acceleration with that thing. I'd guess around 200 hp? I'd need to use every electronic nanny on that thing to not kill myself.
from what the dealer said, once you hit the 600 mile service bmw lifts all limits and it should make around 220-30hp.

it was between this and a ducati v4r and I remembered the heat on my balls with my old panigale so i decided on the quirky and sometimes aggravating bmw...lololol.

What did you not like about the M1000RR and what's next?
haha...there will ALWAYS be complaints on these type of bikes especially from me...the motor is slightly vibey, the electronics can drive you crazy and the service lights are intrusive. i know what im getting into though. would have looked nice next to the m8. lololol

I don't think theres tons of seperation in all the liter bikes today...they all seem to run low 9's stock at around 150-155mph. The bikes far outperform the rider in almost all situations. kinda like having the demon 170 of bikes. lol
