I’ve comptemplated selling my Cobra. But I w had it for 10 years and think I might regret if I did. Would definitely like a 13-14 GT500. As far as adding to my collection I’m weird I want a 65-68 Corvair convertible Turbo. My grandpa had one non turbo but a 63. Also wouldn’t mind a 18-23 5.0 A10.

Secretly I change cars almost as much as ArabianOak but the eventual car that will likely be the keeper is an 05/06 GT or a Singer level 60's 911.

Currently contemplating selling two of my mustangs for these two.
57 Bel Air 327 three on the tree.
38 Buick Special 233 L8 three on the floor.

I have no plans to sell my G70, which I love. Not when so many car models are being phased out due to EV changeover and automakers pushing SUVs, trucks, and larger more expensive cars. I like compact performance sport sedans. Just a personal preference. Genesis just announced they were discontinuing the G70 after the 2024 model. They will only then have the G80 (larger and over $10K more than the G70) and the G90 (larger still and even more expensive). And, starting in 2025, all of the remaining Genesis models will be EVs. No gas powered models! So at least for now, I have no plans to replace what I now have.

In 2023 we saw a lot of car models discontinued, and the list got bigger with the 2024 models. It won't be long before our (gas powered) choices will be whittled down to just about nothing. Sucks!

If the auto manufacturers start phasing out gas powered vehicles, I could see sales going down on vehicles and people sticking with older models.

I think a lesson might be learned the hard way. I know I'll be done buying new.

We will look like Cuba in the next decade if they keep up with this electric bs.

I think a lot of this will turn, especially on the next administration. There are so many Mach E’s on lots. I think Ford said recently they’ll keep a V8 in a Mustang as long as they can. @13COBRA might have more insight on this.

Electric May come eventually but I think it will take a lot longer than catch on.
