It was high protein and believe it or not, high carb, but good carbs like fruits. Not a lot in the way of processed foods. Most of what she was building was in her glutes and legs...so as she cuts, we are starting to see the results.What was her diet? High protein, low fat?

This is the first time I have ever posted in this thread. Mainly because I have been single for quite some time by choice. But recently I have started dating again.
