99/01 Cobra front bumper cover.
03/04 lower intake for blower swaps.
99/01 wide Cobra replica wheels for 315's
Bullitt rockers.
03/04 Cobra shaved rear bumper.
Fresh aluminum blocks for the 4.6
Aftermarket IRS assemblies
Bullitt rockers are made by fiberglass specialties.

They look good but don't attach 100% the same as OEM.

I wish someone would design a lower intake for the cobra for easier blower swaps. Maybe someone does and I’m stupid.

It would be nice to have an intake that could accept bigger/more efficient intercoolers. I know it's got to be a challenge with packaging though- and probably would be tough to run the "flipped" style that all the newer cars have.

My builder just posted photos on bookface of his first real Carbon Fiber roof panel for 94-04 cars... He made the mold himself and made it from scratch, weighs 5lbs and looks SEXY!

Now this I'm intrigued by. How much weight did it save and how does it attach/interface?

Also most of these are probably pipe dreams. Tooling is insanely expensive and for the volumes they'd be looking at, it's a terrible ROI.

Ford 4.6 C head billet supercharger manifold. Custom one off piece for a customer who never collected it, this will take any GT500 pattern supercharger. With twin 1” water in the front and out the back for ultimate cooling with a Billet core from PWR Advanced Cooling Technology in it. Lots of hours and time in this piece, and would be the ultimate 4.6 Supercharfer Manifold. We have had it set up with a 3.8 Gen5 Whipple Superchargers on it.
$6000 Australian, ready to ship.

Some neat little projects I’ve been working on over the Christmas break. 4.6 and 5.4 C head supercharger manifolds. These manifolds accept any GT500 type supercharger

MFP in Australia has designed exactly that, they're starting up production on billet intake manifolds for C head 4.6's and 5.4's. It's not using a flipped lid style like new cars, but at least it has the separately mounted GT500 IC so pulling the blower off is easier.

Only $6,000. Now I can supercharge that junkyard Aviator motor just like I planned. Lol

Yeah at about 4k USD that’s a good deal if shipping isn’t crazy.
There’s a navigator at my local yard that I was going to take the motor from.

Control arms for the IRS of the cobra. I still haven’t heard if what the guys who took over kenny browns business fixed any of the issues the parts had.

More SLA style front suspensions at decent prices. Griggs still charges a good chunk of change. There was a guy who bought bill mitchels jigs to make a copy of his SLA. Guy just disappeared off social media.

I do not know how much weight is saved by it, only that the final product was 5# total.

Here's one of his build threads for his 98 Saleen that he's going to put the first one on.

Are you talking about when Kenny relaunched his parts or after his death? I don't think anything has changed since he passed away, but I could be wrong.

Regarding the SLA I don't think you'll see a cheap setup until someone comes out with a true DIY kit. The custom shocks needed are what really drive up the cost.

This guy here built his own.
In later videos he does a cost analysis and the custom shocks were a lot of it IIRC.

That Saleen is absolutely gorgeous and clean.

Is that guy planning on making parts for sale in the future?

If he made an SOS style A pillar gauge pod he'd make serious cash. I'd jump on one. $500 for the pair? Shut up and take my money!

Yes, he already makes a bunch of carbon fiber parts for 94-04 cars. He started his own CF business cause he couldn't find the parts in the quality he demands. On facebook/IG you can message him (his website isn't setup yet) for parts availability and prices at "K and K Carbon Fiber Creations" and see the parts he's already made/selling.

His Mustang building business is K and K Custom Mustangs on FB/IG if you want to see his builds, he's the one building my 92.

One that hasn’t been named, I think at least, the Mach 1 Shaker system.

- oem terminator lower caged pulley assembly. i have the faint but probably misguided hope that someday frpp will repop them. what do you think the chances of that ever happening are, travis @SID297 ?

- oem terminator (also manual 03/04 mach 1) radiator (identical to stock).

I doubt it. It's hard to tell where all that tooling wound up.

Are those modules even available anymore? Also with a scan tool, will it point to a sensor or module failure?

TIA.

the typical failure mode of the module itself is the ABS light on and when you hook up a scanner it will not be able to communicate with the module. Im not aware of issues with a failing module giving false error codes (ie say a wheel speed sensor is bad when its the module itself). A lot of times leading up to a module failure you'll get an intermittent ABS light before it just stays on.

Im gonna get it scanned and see whats up and proceed from there.

All this would be amazing.

Imagine a set up IRS with pre-installed urethane or Delrin bushings. Maybe $1500 with core swap or $3000 for the whole assembly. My prices are probably off on that but the shop/manufacturer would figure out what it takes to sell.

I'd add IRS center sections with gear of choice installed.

My guess is that is what killed the bill mitchel reproduction guy. This was well before covid and he was estimating build cost to be 4-5k. My guess is the few companies that make shocks for the SLA fronts still want the $2500 for the pair.
It’s still a goal for my car and I know some guys years ago were building them off MM K’s but a kit to make it easier would help upgrade the front suspension on the fox chassis to something more handling capable.

Another one is the door panels for the SN/new edge cars as they will eventually come unglued.
