Has anyone done the livernois tune? Looks like massive gains but also much more expensive than other tuning...if so how do you like it?
better watch negative reviews of paying vendors.. even if you're right, you're still wrong.. lolFYI, I emailed Livernois 3 days ago and never received a response on their tuning.
Terrible customer service is not a good way to sell the most expensive tune on the market for the Braptor.
@Diablo Mike took care of me (once again)better watch negative reviews of paying vendors.. even if you're right, you're still wrong.. lol
IMO, I'd reach out to a reputable local tuner with a dyno. these ECUs may have to be sent off to get unlocked like the new F150s..
I agree...i am dealing with it now as I await for my blower to come back from porting. No emails returned, no status updates and my car has been gone nearly 3 weeks. The shop has been great but the porter has been terrible at returning messages or providing status updates. I am always prepared for such treatment though and do my best to avoid places that treat customers like this...sad but true.I had a Livernois tune on my old 2016 Edge Sport, which I was happy with. Sadly, customer service across the industry has caved. It's getting much harder to find quality customer service, including prompt responses to customer inquiries. Covid pretty much killed customer service in the majority of industry companies. Sad!
That's great that Mike was able to take care of your needs.
