Can anyone ID the engine bay mods?

Picking up an 04 in a few days. Can anyone identify any of the under hood mods? Thanks

Battery tender?

Not sure what the wires running across the front of the pass side VC are; not in front of my car at the moment and can’t recall if that’s factory or not

Caster/camber plates.

Yeah, there is a battery tender on there. The car has sat for quite a while in the last 5 years or so. Driven occasionally, but not a whole lot.

Did you ask the seller about mods? You have a pretty good list of the visible mods in the engine bay, but what about exhaust, shifter, drivetrain, suspension specifics, fuel system, electronics, etc.

its got cc plates, so prob springs too, suspension wise.
