Decided to sharpen and clean up my hunting knives for this season. Both were from my grandfather, first is a Randall made and the second is from a neighbor that used to make them in his garage as a hobby when he retired.

BladeHQ. Had to check several times a week but they do pop up with enough patients. Microtech is a common knife to counterfeit. So I went with a reliable source.

It’s a 2. My EDC is a 3 in carbon fiber but I need to send it back to get fixed because I decided to use it as a screwdriver a while back and broke the tip, so just ordered this to take over daily duties

What do you think of the para 3 maximet? Worth it?
I don’t own any blades in Maxamet so I can’t comment on that, but it’s supposed to be a great steel. Para 3 is my absolute favorite EDC blade though
I had to order one. I have a sage in titanium that is supposed to be hot shit but I am not a fan.
