c7 grand sport next to c8

I agree. c7 is a gorgeous looking car in GS or Z06 trim. C8 looks great as well, but it is hurting for some proper wheels, spoiler, exhaust tips and a wider body.
cant get used to the c8 tails, so im sure gm will only improve the vette with the z06 variant.
I do agree on the C8 tail. Looks too Camaro like. Not buying any Vette but if I was it would be a C7Z06. Some great deals on new 2019's right now. It would have to be this color though. Reminds me of the Steel City Gray color from the early 70's. Pure sex on wheels.

I'm sure once the C8 Z06 cars hit the showroom floors, they will look a lot more beastly and perform a lot more beastly, obviously. I had some C7 Z06 cars on my radar before pulling the trigger on the '19 RS3. I'm still not 100% sold on the GM quality though, especially after reading the Corvette forum. Granted all makes have their issues, but if I'm plunking down serious coin for a car, I want it near perfect.

THAT would be my choice of a Vette. Just as it sits. I do like the C8, but said from the getgo that the rear just didn't do anything for me. I have to agree it is too Camaro like. It's a step backward IMO. GM could have done better. The rest of the C8 is stunning.
Kinda makes the C8 look like a European import..

Damn, sometimes I forget how fantastic looking the c7 Gs and z06 variants are. For me, easily the best looking car for under $150k
I kind of like that 35th Anniversary Jetta GLI next to the C8.
really noice! if the viper didnt exist I would be in a c7z right now. maybe selling my bikes to get a ZR1. LOL
People aren't feeling the rear of the C8 [just like they didn't like the rear of the C7 when it came out], but I have to say, in that pic, the C8 rear makes the C7 rear look chunky. The C8's looks are growing on me the more I see it.
c7z tail lights look odd to me, overlays?

I’m debating pulling the trigger on a C7 GS right now. The C8 is intriguing but I’d need to see the Z version and don’t want to wait another year and a half for it.
Dont do it. Get the z06 version. if you're worried about over heating put in a different blower, get larger radiator. People that get the GS end up trading in for a Z06 or they put a blower on the GS, but the safe limit of the GS is only 600rwhp, per Corvetteforum.
Get the Z06. The C8Z is still a ways out and you'll be paying ADM since its the top dog vette for the next 3 years after debut.
