So I am looking at maybe doing some mustang shows this summer with my Terminator for all to see, and when I look at my oil Cap it is old and dated. So I am trying to dress up the engine compartment (Terminator coil covers and such).

Anyhow I was thinking to do an SVT oil cap or maybe a Snake one.... or..... Just something that looks cooler than just the yellow writing on the cap.

I know our cars use the threaded caps and I see a lot online that are the 1/4 turn and pop type. The guys selling them say they also work for the threaded ones (I am not sure I believe that though)

So I am looking for a cool threaded one and if anyone has any info on where to acquire or who may make them post info here! Thanks Everyone!

Also am welcoming pics of what you guys are using! Show me your oil caps!!

There's a few nice plain ones out there, I hate when these cars have SVT this , snake that, cobra this all written all over them, keep it subtle OP.

True it can be. I was just thinking something cool for the show. I wish I could get like a mini Terminator head and attach it to the oil cap so it had red eyes and stood out so people maybe would ask about it at a show and I could tell the story of the Terminator name.

My car is Virtually stock and I honestly probably just am nervous a bit to do my first mustang shows often thinking thoughts of "Why is my car special to be in a mustang show if it is just a normal cobra"

Maybe I a just over thinking it

You'll get a lot of opinions on what to do and what not to do with these cars. In the end, it is all about what you want. Let what you feel is right for you, dictate the path you take. You'll be much happier in the end.

Theres a guy on facebook named Joel Charles at JC custom that makes custom ones, i think they look nice and are tasteful. If I didn't have the CFM cap/breather I'd have have one. I know he'll do different color and I think anything you want for a logo.

I would take it to the show as is. Use it as a chance to look around and see what you might like. And I think you'll be surprised how many comments you'll get even if it's stock.

If it’s stock you will stand out from the crowd as it is. Might get more attention as not many are stock anymore
