From what I've seen the two choices are to "massage" it as mentioned or go with the crossover delete.
i run an on3 performance one and havent noticed any difference. you do lose the bypass but im ok with that. a plus is that it cleans things up a lot
You don't have to lose the bypass. I modded mine so the plumbing is just like stock (including bypass).

I don't mod parts from my car so I bought my buddies crossover that went turbo and went to town with a hammer. Unless you get crazy you won't be able to tell its been modded once the blower is installed.
I would like to see how you modded yours.

No pics, just drill and tap (or weld) the side for a fitting and run it down to the thermostat housing and I welded an AN fitting on the thermostat housing.

Welded a -8AN bung to the t-stat housing
MMR crossover delete with filler cap options and just drilled/tapped a fitting to route down to the modded T-stat housing bung
You also have to extend the coolant temp sensor harness. Really easy, its jsut two wires.
