Which Type of F150 Lift Kit Is Right For You? - What's Up With That?

Do you even lift, bro? Well, our resident Professor of Truck-ology, Justin Dugan,
does as he explains in this episode of “What’s Up With That?”

In this episode, Justin demonstrates three different lift-kit types, while weighing
their pros and cons, to show their differences, and why you might choose one over
the other.

"From American Muscle"? Sounded like he said American Trucks in the video to me. ;)

Why does nobody recommend just lowering the rear? Can't you just take out the rear blocks?

Purely a guess, but would that hinder the amount of travel you have in your rear shock, potentially causing you to bottom out the cylinder before the bump stops on the leaf springs?

Don't know anymore
Ive had bad luck lifting trucks without them riding like poo poo. My most recent truck 2018 f150 eco 2.7l 2wd has me wanting to do it again. Would like to hear from those that have lifted and had a nice plush stocklike ride.

Friend of mine did some small simple kit on his 2018 and it sits perfect with the 37's. It's about all I would do with a raptor.

An fx4 5.0 on the other hand would be different.

You can get 37s on a Raptor with just Giesler springs and Deaver leafs.

Shouldn't matter if you never haul anything heavy in the bed......which I almost never do.
