I smoke and make my own. All natural crap I buy online. Not that it's any better for me. Never tried a e smoke honestly.

I have seen some similar studies before, but not from a solid source like UCONN. That's pretty bad for big tobacco too, shows the nicotine itself is harmful not to mention all the other crap that goes into commercially available smokes.

Interesting info but the methods I've tried using were more to quit the actual lung damage. I have asthma, tried vaping as it first came out and moved to oral (giggity) tobacco use. Hazards are still there but my breathing is now unaffected

In England they're viewed as safer and they don't have the tobacco lobbying for the ban like they do here.
All I know is my left nostril has be fubared since my college days. Thought it was from drug abuse. Quit smoking camels, went to a smok low voltage ecig and within two weeks I can breath better .
I didn't quit for health reasons though. I quit for budget reasons. If cigs were still cheap I'd likely never quit.
