I'm looking for a nice pair of lower rear interior panels for my 2009 GT500. They have to be from a GT500 and not a regular Mustang due to color difference. Someone that may have gutted their car early on for racing that might have them laying around.
You're going to want long tubes to help you get there with a 2R. Even so, 700 to 750 on 93 with that many miles is risky. A bad batch of gas or a sub par tune could be expensive. I wouldn't trust a "lets just look at the plugs" tuner either. Get it on a dyno unless you can monitor air/fuel...
Turns out it was the plugs just as you stated.
I've been using Brisk GR12YS gapped at .027" and exclusively running VP MS103 because I'm at about 22lbs boost.
Plugs had about 1500 miles on them. I'm not sure if changing fuel, plug type, gap, or heat range would change how long before they...
What's the level of difficulty in changing out the valve lash adjusters? Car exhibits a sporadic tick when engine is hot on a really hot day. I think it may be one or more valve lash adjusters on drivers side. I've heard the valve cover is tough to get off. I have the BMR K with lower engine...
Although I think they look better in person, I'm really not a fan of the nose on the vehicle. I do like the rear design, but honestly think the nose needs to be redesigned. The models with the fake grill do look better to me, but this needs a two year run max before a front end refresh, IMO...
Anyone live or work near any of the lots with all the nearly built F150s that are waiting for chips. Heard they got a big chip delivery and were going to try and clear them out.
