If the wire is ripped out of the compactor would it prevent it from starting?

my car already has had the PCM changed before by the previous owner

I did test the meter on my 2014 GT on the battery and tested good! unfortunately I cant ground it on the battery on my cobra as I have the battery relocated to the trunk. what should volts be at coil plug with key on? im thinking that I might have a bad PCM.

Still no spark

I used a camber/caster plate bolts to ground and I touched both sides of the coil plug in(wiring harness side) I am getting 5v. And no I didnt do anything to the car before hand. The car is a 2.3 whipple car with built/braced SRA. T56 magnum. Kenne bell boost a pump

Also just put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail and I'm getting 40psi hit when the pump primes and 40-55psi while cranking

So with the key on (not starting) I'm getting about 5v at the coil plug, but I tried to ground it out and could not get it to spark. Also I'm still actively getting the 1233 code after replacing the fpdm.

I've replaced the FRPS, also the red button is not popped up

I now undersand why people part their cars out.:(
