If leaks from the same place both sides. It pools up in the convertible. Top and leaks into the trunk and rear passenger floor and seat.
Do I need a new top? Or any idea why it's leaking there. Thanks!
I'll have to get it up on jackstands again. I was having an issue with my ebrake so right now it's disconnected.
If I leave it in gear, so it doesn't roll will that lock just my rear wheels? So I cant spin the fronts freely?
I don't know alot about suspension components. I can tear down a...
Thanks for the reply.
And Yeah I've looked. I just swapped out the brakes and nothing looked out of the ordinary. It's not rubbing.
I forgot to mention in the original post when i turn the wheel sometimes it'll make the same creaking when I'm stopped or a clicking sound.
Hey all,
Hoping you may be able to help me identify this scraping noise.
If I'm traveling on a completely flat road the noise doesn't happen. It also happens less frequently at lower speeds. It doesn't sound rotational dependant so i don't think it's a wheel bearing. And i don't think it's...
That's exactly what I think happened is the ebrake wasn't disengaging making it hard to turn.
I retracted the caliper again today when I disconnected the ebrake just to be sure the caliper released the pressure and it went in super easy.
Unfortunately now that the ebrake grinding sound is...
Okay disconnecting the cable from caliper fixed the noise.
But it's not ideal not having an e brake, does this get us any closer to what a real solution would be?
Well, I don't think it has to do with the caliper piston being aligned because it randomly started before I changed the brakes. I regreased the pins before I put them in and could compress them with no issues, does that rule out them being frozen?
I don't particularly want to take the brakes...
What's up everybody?
TL;DR: I'm pretty sure my parking brake doesn't disengage all the way. Loud grindin noise comes from right rear, but fades the longer I drive it. As soon as I park it comes back again. How can I fix it?

So one day I went to the park with my wife. When we...
I didn't really view it as cheaping out. With a little over 130whp over stock I assumed the factory brake set up would be fine.
The next step up would be a big brake kit or 2 piece rotors, no?
I'm open to your thoughts. I don't mind spending the money, just didn't want to get something that...
What's up guys?
I've done some research on brakes and I'm curious what everyone thinks about the best brake setup for under $400. Car use will be street driven, unlikely to see a track. If it does it'll be once in a blue moon. 500whp.
See the three options in the polls and share any...
