that is why its confusing... the travel and catch in the pedal is all normal. sometimes when the car is really hot or after a few hard shifts, the pedal is a bit softer and catches lower, but that's it. totally different from starting off in first gear though..

those were my thoughts on why it couldnt be the throwout bearing as well. its only while engaging the clutch. hopefully will have some time to get the car on a lift tomorrow night, so we'll see...

Hello all, hoping to get some insight on a noise that comes from my clutch, on occasion. It is a loud screech, which i can feel in my foot from the clutch pedal, but it doesn't affect the performance of the clutch at all. It seems to only happen when i feather the clutch out faster than normal...
