Hey, I just registered for this forum so I could ask you a question. I'm about to make a very similar front splitter for my GT and I was curious to how to actually cut the PVC board so it had a nice edge. It looked like yours had a factory looking round to the edge too. If you could send me a couple pics of the edges and kind of walk through how you did it that would be awesome.
