ok, my buddies' 01 had this problem after he put his BBK Twin 65mm throttle body on his car. it leaked at the IAC, making a pretty strong hissing sound. mine is doing the same. i think its bleeding the air, maybe cuz the car has never been tuned for the TB and cold air...? here's the video .
