What is the best heat exchanger and intercooler to go with? And have u seen any difference in how the car runs?

when under high boost the upper rad house keeps blowing at the the 90 bend going into the rad. it has a cooling mod not sure what it is but it a y looking housing that holds the thermostat its a tbehr style. any help would be great
