I had to tighten the bolts for the gasket cause they were a little loose as well. That’s where coolant was escaping at first, now it’s escaping from the cap

I had no issues before either. I replaced the stock one cause the plastic tank cracked

My issue is the cap doesn’t seal 100%. When under boost fluid pukes out through my hood vent on to the passenger side of the windshield. I noticed many have had this issue with various aftermarket brands. Anyone here swap out the cap with success? If so, which one worked for you? Thanks…

What psi do y’all like to run for the street?

Just got an E85 and 93 octane tune. Those that know on these cars, how far can you bury the needle before running out of fuel? Want to empty the tank as much as possible before switching tunes and filling back up, thanks

Not running e85 currently. I’d say 675-700 would be my limit

Have you ever had issues blowing out the FRPS while running return style? After getting my car tuned about 3 years ago I’ve blown 3 while being returnless. My stock fuel pumps are done and I’m Going to install Lethal’s budget return system w/465 walbros.

Still in the works, looking to see what kind of budget package that Blake can piece together for return style and hopefully get a discount since I feel they’re partially responsible for the mix up and the extra labor I would have to pay.
