When in doubt, throttle out.

Your Machine shop will let you know if you can get away with just a hone job. Assuming it's not a low mileage car you are probably going to have to bore the block.

Setup I have in it. Now is a single disk McLeod, adjustable cable, fire wall adjuster, steeds quadrant and adjustable pivot ball. I adjusted the pivot ball from being too long to just short enough to work. Wondering if going even shorter than what the stock pivot ball would make it better?

Has any one figured out how to adjust the engagement point of the clutch without killing the throwout bearing?
