Your Machine shop will let you know if you can get away with just a hone job. Assuming it's not a low mileage car you are probably going to have to bore the block.
Setup I have in it. Now is a single disk McLeod, adjustable cable, fire wall adjuster, steeds quadrant and adjustable pivot ball.
I adjusted the pivot ball from being too long to just short enough to work.
Wondering if going even shorter than what the stock pivot ball would make it better?
