I plan on swapping a 97 mkviii motor into my 96 Cobra because it started knocking.What all do I need for the swap? besides the intake. (I know it has different cams and a different crank.) any input would be greatly appreciated. the motor is from a 97 mkviii so it has the COP.
I just swapped out my 8mm plug wires to 9mm Ford Racing ones and I feel like the car has loss some power. I have NGK TR6 plugs gapped around 32-36 I can't remember the exact number and oem coil packs.

No milky oil, no moisture in the exhaust. There is oil all under the headers on the drivers side. I don't believe it's the valve covers. I've ran my finger around them and can't find anything.

I was just curious as to what it would take to make a 96 Cobra make 400whp naturally aspirated. I have BBK longtubes, BBK O/R X pipe, IMRC deleted, and injectors. No idea what power I'm making and I don't have a tune in it. (Yet)
