Holy double post batman

So I pull the valve covers off tonight and to my surprise I see two of the followers on the #2 cyl are sitting at the bottom of the head off the valves. How can this happen and how do I fix it. The cylinder's compression was at like 15 psi also. Im assuming that this is because a valve is stuck...

Who all is going, what classes, and all the info. Im going over from Cedar Rapids, Iowa with a few friends we plan to pitch a tent.

Basically the ole 2v isn't cutting it anymore power wise and mechanically. The crank is knocking when i let the clutch out at idle so...I'm gonna buy a 4v. What I'm lookin for right now is a good place to find one and also whats needed for the conversion. Thanks John
