  • I installed mine in the trunk with a built in pump. My battery is also in the trunk so wiring was super easy. I welded on AN fittings to the in and out tubes that go into the intake manifold and disconnected and removed the factory lines. I installed an AFCO heat exchanger and also welded on AN fittings to the in and out of the heat exchanger. Once the tank was installed and wired and the new heat exchanger was in place I ran AN 12 lines from the tank to the heat exchanger, from the heat exchanger to the lower manifold and out of the lower manifold and back into the tank. I also had Dad's install a drain at the bottom of the tank. Mine fits in the spare tire area of the trunk and holds 25lbs. of ice that will keep the water cold and IAT's low for three passes.
