I've done the timing on other cars so I understand the process.
However, when I removed the front engine cover of my 2019 mustang. As per the instructions, I turned the crankshaft to 12 o'clock position for the passenger side then I'm supposed to turn it 5 o'clock for the driver side.
Problem...
I can tell you EDP ripped me off last year. He sent me only half of the kit after 3 months of me paying him. I received the 76mm turbo, downpipe, intercooler and headers. I had to finish it myself which cost me about $3K plus the $6k I had paid him for the whole kit.
I had to buy all cold side...
won't move in any gear, it does when you turn on the car but after driving 30-60 seconds it just stops. This same thing happened the first time transmission broke.
I just don't understand why again after 2 months of having the tranny rebuilt.
My 6r80 gave up on me first time about 2 months ago, started slipping, burned all clutches.
So I decided to buy the exedy stage 2 clutch pack with intermediate shaft and have it installed.
Everything seemed well for a few weeks, no problem until yesterday. Car runs fine for like 15-30 secs...
Good luck with that guy from EDP. I ordered mine 3 months ago and still have missing parts, promises every week he will ship and stopped responding to my messages 2 weeks ago.
I had a shop build the motor, I supposed they did have the cams out but mentioned the sprockets were never removed. All I did was put motor back to car along with transmission.
