Thanks guys.
The IRS was rebuilt with FTBR's complete IRS bushing kit. I don't have CC plates and didn't think I needed them, I see no abnormal wear on the front tires but admittedly never saw the alignment report.
I will replace shocks/struts on all four corners (1999-04 Bilstein HD (B6)...
I have 555 g2s up front and 295/35/18 NT05s on the rear, but these are brand new and I haven't had a chance to really put it through the paces yet. I'll check the hub nuts too. I've heard some stories of these loosening up too.
Have a 2003 Vert, 28k miles, with subframe connectors, built IRS, H&R race springs, OEM Bilsteins. It doesn't really feel sure footed under acceleration or around corners. I expect some of this due to the vert but wondering if replacing the OEM shocks and struts is a good idea, they were old...
Got word that it's been fixed. FRPS, FPDM, all fuses fine. Turned out the fuel line in the tank melted. They replaced with a generic unit from O'Reilly for me to get it home. I get it, it was 100+*, the pumps have been overvolted for some time, I was WOT at the time of failure, and 20 years old...
I'm on Hot Rod Power Tour, many states away from home, and am experiencing a no start condition where we believe fuel pumps are the issue. A day ago I got a CEL for code P1090. The car would continue to start and run without trouble so I cleared the code. I went WOT today on the freeway and lost...
Ordered the low profile bolts and will have a shop roll the fenders. I am still on 18x10s in the rear so I stuck with the 295/35/18 NT05s for now. If I get some 10.5 or 11" wheels I'll move to 315s in the rear.
That's really interesting, I am considering a similar setup. My vert is also on H&R Race with all isos in, but no rolled fenders. Do you think the NT01 315s will fit without rolling fenders or spacers? How's your traction? I'm on a gen 2 TVS, 620rwhp and the 555G2s I have out back now are just...
I posted recently after replacing my front/rear with LEDs and flasher with the LED slow flasher module. I guess I forgot to test with the lights on. The signals don't blink at all with the lights on, but do with the lights off. The module sounds like it's going haywire. I swapped in the original...
