The humidity in the summer filters a lot of people. I say just get comfortable with being uncomfortable. You're going to sweat like you just ran a marathon bringing your trash cans in in the morning, just gotta deal with it.

I don't spend a lot of time down in Marco. Personally, living so close to the coast/water wasn't worth it for me. I didn't want to have to worry about flooding, but this is my primary residence so your tolerance to that may differ.

Been waiting, seen pricing on non-CFTP models in my area creep from 97-99k in late September, to 85-87k.
