Bank 2 o2 millivolts doesnt oscillate like bank1. Bank2 gradually goes up while driving messing with the throttle but doesn't respond like B1 does. Can I move the bank2 o2 sensor and see if it goes away since my rear o2s are off in the tune?

Car is tuned. This hasn't been an issue for the first 2 years I've owned it. Has a 170tstat from previous owner. Biggest concern is no fans. I figured it may be airlocked.
