i have heard a few lightnings blower wine alot louder than mine stock. do they just change the pulley? what would i need to do to get mine louder. thanks

i was going to do just a flowmaster muffler or is the bassani better. also should i punch out the cats or take them off or leave them. im wanting some good sound and performance thanks for the help
