    2nd time oil change, 1st time diff oil change @4500miles, no mess

    engine oil change: 2nd time doing it, took the forum's advice and first drill a hole in the filter, let the oil drip out; then slowly turn the oil filter let more drips out. 0 mess, took about 15mins total for the oil filter. In the dealership if you don't tell them to do so, there is no way...

    Voodoo oil consumption: 1100miles = from max to min

    changed my oil at 1000 miles, filled it to the max checked it again at 2100 miles, it is at min has ford oil catch can, k&n air fitler, and only seen 5krpm or above once or twice. is this level of oil consumption normal?

    Changed to AMSOIL 5w-50, felt the engine was a little quieter and smoother
