Got a ticket while driving my friends car back from Norman to Tulsa. Highway Patrolman said he got me goin 84 in a 75.....but he didnt check the radar box on the ticket he checked the "other" box and wrote udr 596 or something like that below it. Does anyone know what that means is it a type...
