I haven't recieved my car yet, its still on order through ford. my question is: Can you turn on only the center fogs or do the headlights have to be on to have the fogs on?

I have a 94 cobra. My smog pump was disconnected when I bought the car, but it was still in the engine bay. If I delete my EGR and plug it with a delete kit. Will I need a tune?
