make sure you tell the body shop guy to use some duramix on the side gills and the side skirts...all they use from ford is 3m 2 sided tape. and after awhile it starts to come undone and sags..

update:
-they are finishing the vaccum lines and wiring the oil pump to the turbos today.
-the 12" 175# springs werent enough to hold the engine up, so Tim ordered some 14" 225# springs.
The springs will be here Thursday, and Ive been told the car will definitely start this week.
Its being picked up for paint on Friday or Saturday!

Congrats on getting closer.... Mine is still miles away. Could probably get it done if I didnt keep getting side tracked on these little "business adventures" my dad keeps getting me into.:-D But when I get ready at least the money will be there.

This is the longest build ever, seriously, did you start it like 3 years ago? lol Man at this point I wouldn't even be happy if it started, would be so fed up with waiting. :bash:

The DSG one. 5.4 with some wildly ported heads, wild turbo cams, twin 76's, a little spray, TH400 and a fab9 rear end setup. It'll make 1500 to the wheels or I'll blow it up trying....LOL!
Man that is going to be just retarded man! I can't wait to see it in action, and I am sure you are more than ready to have it back on the road, just like our friend Blown02 here. Mine was down for almost 10 months with the engine build and turbo kit, and I know how excited I was to get mine back. Good luck to ya pal, and enjoy that beast lol!

lol. i wouldnt be surprised if i busted a nut first time I get into boost.. i remember exactly how it felt.. what an incredible feeling.. when ur on the interstate and the power is just so enormous that you dont feel like weight is holding u back when u punch it at 70+mph. just like getting shot out of a cannon..cant fuggin wait to have that rollercoaster in my garage!
