unfortunately I think Ford had a lot to do with this being that they set the price for these at astronomical levels.
the average person with a brain who isn't going to spend more money on a car payment then their mortgage (or rent) probably wont own one for a while.

I am pretty confident they will keep the Z06, ZR1 moniker, it has way too much name recognition to change up. I am sure they will cost a pretty penny too.

that's a retarded oversimplification of my argument. i see it as the poor man's bugatti which isn't an insult but rather a commentary on its achievements and limitations. I don't like late model cars. this is definitely one of those.

You bought brand new 2019 RE for ~$20K off MSRP ?

RE starts at $72K so as the 2020 GT500 . They are priced the same so they should run similar in straight line and get similar lap times

Yes, it’s one of a kind and for some reason Dodge is the only manufacturer with the balls to do it.

It has race gas tune but no race gas is included , I think like 99% of them come with full seats . Removing seats and adding race gas[ no tune ] to GT500 won't be any different then the Demon

It won't beat a Demon but it will compete with the Redeye. Stock REs run 10.40s on DRs. GT500 vs Redeye would be a hell of a race.

It's crazy but 2020 GT500 might be the quickest 1/4 mile and fastest handling car when it comes to brand new cars available right now from the big 3 . Demons are gone ,Vipers are gone , C7s are gone .it's 2020 GT500 , Redeye , C8 and ZL1 Camaro

It will be a good race both cars on drag radials but I think GT500 will be quicker when both cars run 100% stock
