I spoke to you earlier today.Ford tech just told me crankshaft broke(I think I hit rev limitter)
He will be taking out engine this week.
Considering sending short block.
Can you give a price quote to rebuild with 11:1 pistons and new crankshaft? Block has billet oil pump gears already.
I bought engine from coffeeman's last year after he put in new crank after it broke at keyway
Can you Cryotreat and double key crankshaft like RGR block options?
What kind of lead time am I looking at as I am considering just getting new block either MMR or new ford racing alluminator
as an option to reduce down time and try and sell my short block as alternative or can you discount yours using mine as a core?

$2699 with new crank -add $200 for MMR Cryo treated crank (same as used in MMR world record holder) $150 extra to double key crank, for lead time we can have a new one ready to ship in 1-2 weeks with a $350 rush charge. We also have the Aluminators in stock (not as nice as the hand built MMR engines but an alternative), we also beat ANY pricing on MMR or aluminator engines.

You had quoted $1999 plus shipping before when I was going to reuse my crank ( and reusing my rods).
The new crank does not cost $700 dollars does it? or did you not factor reusing my rods in to the quote of $2699.
Correct, $1999 if you supply the rods and crank, $2399 if you supply the crank only and $2699 you need a crank added (Basically a $300 crank)

That should be $2299 If I will be sending block(if still good) and rods but will need a crank.

I am having it disassembled and having the block and heads inspected
No point sending block if I cant reuse it .It may not even be worth sending the rods depending on cost of shipping.
It may be cheaper then to just have you build a short block.
Possibly, we will be running a shortblock sale next week for a really good price if it turns out some of your parts are no good!!

That is just fine, there is only a small amount of tax since the majority of the cost is labor. You can drop off anytime! Timeframe on the rebuilds is 3-4 weeks.
