Hey guys,

Well I just wanted to show you that we are currently revising our JPC over axle pipes. We had noticed that some of you had banging or clearance issues so we thought we would make a few revisions to them to help you guys out.

Just wanted to show you a little progress we've been making. Just a heads up these are just some prototypes we've been working on and not the production version. We always strive to give our customers the best possible product.

I have the first gen JPC over axle pipes and they dont hit anything? If you just install them without adjusting anything of course it's gonna hit. My car is lowered on k-springs. The install takes 2 people in my opinion...one person at the rear holding everything where its good and the other person tightening the clamps down.

The first setup was lethal off road x, jpc o/a, and roush mufflers.
The second setup is SW long tubes, xpipe, jpc o/a, and gt500's.

We didn't have any issues with them originally when installed correctly. We just thought it couldn't hurt to add more space to alleviate any issues people may be running into during the install with a lowered car.

That being said anyone who's having issues with there current pipes and would like to move to a revised set once there ready for production can PM me and I'll give them a great deal on a new set.

I just delivered my Grabber Blue 5.0 to your shop Tuesday for some upgrades which include repairing the pipes which fell down during a vacation trip I took last summer to the Outer Banks. I'm having the damaged pipes replaced which Tommy gave me a discount on. Can you guys fasten these things so they never fall out again?

BTW, JPC is a top notch shop, I refer everyone to you that I can.

Damn, right when I'm putting my old style ones up for sale...hah

The old ones seemed to work fine once the two pieces were tacked together so they quit popping apart when they were spread far enough to keep things from hitting.

my magnaflow competition ota pipes fit perfect on h and r supersports. Copy them

Absolutely not!
That catback is KNOWN for having issues. Copying is retarded, if each company came up with their own design we would have more catbacks that actually fit without issues. Not just Borlas.

I'm thinking about getting some custom piping made so I can keep my resonators. Some true 2 3/4" pipe mandrel bent to match the shape of the stock OAPs

I think i've posted in every thread about my JPC OTA pipes banging around on my car. Great news to see this being done, but also frusterating since I now know I'll have OTA pipes I wont want any longer.

Just give me a shout once they come out and I'll set you up with a new set.

Awesome, Aaron.

Unlike most company's we don't just release a product and go "well that's what we have". Were always looking for ways to revise our products and make them better for our customers. We appreciate everyone's input on these.

I don't mean to be critical, but why not work on producing a set of 3 inch pipes that clear the axle on a lowered vehicle. The only reason I'd change those pipes is for a bigger diameter. Otherwise, I'd just cut out the resonators and spend that money elsewhere.
