What kind of numbers from just a vmp 2.4 and tune?

I just traded my black / red striped 2012 for a blue / red striped 2014 version. On my 12 I had vmp pulley and tune as well as a Lund tune that I switched back and forth with.

I was wondering what gains people are seeing with just the pulley and tune?

I have already ordered it (pulley and idler) just wanting to know rough est.
