and you will get a better A/F reading a little farther down the exhaust line as well...like about 10" before the first cat...and it will be cheaper to have it welded in...just go to a Tuffy...I think it cost me like 10 bucks or something...

no you cannot. It wont last. It must be welded.

Should i do it where the collector is, like 2 or 3 inchs away from the flange, where all 4 pipes connect to one, to get a better read?

if you mount it in one of the 4 pipes you will only get readings for that one cylinder...moutned in the collector after all 4 have met will give you a reading for that bank....that is where i would mount it

JB Weld...doesn't work as good as everyone thinks.That stuff about
fixing cracked engine block's like they advertise is "BS".I would definitely
weld it in like Chris said...

Ohhhhh i tried some similar crap we have here and i will never use that again.

I would recomend you to get it tig welded on the exhaust.

jb weld is good stuff but not for things like this...

only temp rated to 500 degrees...jsut get it tig welded and you will never have a problem with it...
