I am happy to report that I sold my lawn two years ago, and the house with it.

I now concentrate my efforts on finding a nice unmolested Foxbody coupe (which I know will never happen) and guns and ammo that my wife will never know about.
Ash, how does this relate to my thread?
It actually does, because I mentioned my wife saying to pay a guy to do it.
All clear to me, relevant post.

Y’all actually use a tractor I think I saw.
That's why I'm happy!

I'd be scared to tip that Zero Turn over n' fall into the blades.

...fwiw my Dad got a good deal on his at an Equipment Auction.
Nothing where I live to tip one over. If you fall off the seats the blades/engine stop right now unless you bypass the switch. Actually brakes on the spindles.

It’s going to be hard to find a commercial mower at your budget. Look at a used hustler x one. I have my own lawn business and cut grass commercially. I’ve owned gravely and hustler. The gravely was a pro turn 460 and what a piece of shit and it always broke down on me. I traded it in last year with 1500 hours and bought 2 new hyperdrives. They cut like a dream. Now all I run is hustler with the exception of a toro commercial push.

I cut our 50k sq feet of grass with a JD Z525E (54" deck). Lot is 240x275 but with mowing around the trees and the house/detached garage it takes me an hour and 15-20 mins.

I ended up grabbing it from Lowes. Do a change of address and get the 10% off coupon. I think it ended up being 3,5xx after tax.

No input from me except every time I go in to HD I have to stop and look at it. It's been on my list to get as soon as we move to our next home (2+ acres). I hope someone here can share experiences with this one.
