Maybe we will have better luck this year.

I don't care where it is but have most of the upcoming 6 weeks of weekends tied up either working on the car or vacationing. Plus we have the tele cruise on the 30th, there was another cruise in July too I thought, then Woodward.........

Anyone wanna pick a place and set it up? My feelings will not be hurt in the least.

We had one scheduled:
Date: 7/31/2005
Time: 11:00:00 AM
Event Name: MCT Family Picinic
Event Description: Bring the entire family for a day of MCT fun! Complete details to follow!
Location: TBD

But that is most likely too close to the Telegraph cruise.

I'm in the same boat as you - just don't have the time right now.

Sounds like fun!
If my wife was not already feed up with all my car stuff.
I'm also very busy the upcoming weekends for a while.
I would be more interested in a hangout/race day with my real MCT Family. :-D

Hey man, my B-day is in August too, you can't hog all the presents! :-D
I will be out for a couple weekends between now and Woodward so it depends on when but a get together is always cool.

How about way in the future, September 3rd?

I think that in light of the fact that we have the Telegraph Cruise on the 30th and that many members are busy as we are in the middle of summer, a "end of summer" family gtg makes good sense.

I would be good for the 3rd of September.

would the second weekend (Sept 10th or 11th) be an issue with anyone? Sept 3rd is a holiday weekend and a large % my be out of town. Kensington or Island Lake (Westside) has nice large parking for many cars. Ide support an Eastside location too? Love to drive...

All good points, 9-10-05 sounds good.

I am down.

What does everyone think about some week-night events? Weekends are so busy for everyone, I for one would love to hit mod parties, picnics, etc. on an occasional week night after work.
