That would put the length at 78.50 for a 3.65 upper. So I’m guessing 79” for the difference from 3.65 to 3.5? Anyone have a Similar setup? I’m trying to have a couple belts on hand for install.
I am trying to get everything put together for a 2.9 Whipple swap. I am going with a 3.5 upper and stock lower for now. The belt is one of the last pieces. I checked the Metco chart for a stock Eaton, but the chart doesn’t list a 3.5 upper. I am installing all of the Metco Pulleys (100mm aux idler, 1 90mm, and the two additional 100mm idlers). I am also going with a 3.2 alternator pulley. According the chart for a 3.65 upper And stock lower, you add 1” for the aux idler, 1” for the 3.2 alternator pulley, and 1” total for the two 100mm idlers. That would put the length at 78.50 for a 3.65 upper. So I’m guessing 79” for the difference from 3.65 to 3.5? Anyone have a Similar setup? I’m trying to have a couple belts on hand for install. I know I can measure once everything is on, but I would like to put everything on in one shot and have a couple belts on hand. Sorry to be so long winded. Any help would be appreciated. thanks Cole
