Yamaha TTR 125L Motorcycle. Bought this thing a while back with plans to fix it up to ride around the house or to use at the drag strip but I just haven't had the time to do anything with it. I've had it for almost a year, so its time to cut my losses and move on. It cranks up, runs, and rides like it is, but it needs a few things.
The carb has a crack in it and thus leaks fuel when its sitting with the gas on. When its running it doesn't leak out. But I have a new carb off ebay for the bike, it just needs to be installed.
It doesn't have any brakes. It looks like someone made a homemade adjusting rod on the back wheel, I assume that is where some of the problems are.
The muffler has been cut off so it has no exhaust
There is a piece of body broke off on the right side and the seat needs recovered
This would make a great starter bike or project to fix up and make some money on. A nice one sells for 1000-1200 dollars on Ebay.
I believe its a 2002 model but I can't remember 100%.
