I took her out in a Gale Warning and sailed from Elliot Bay to Port Townsend while averaging 7.5 knots. It was blowing 42 gusting to 60 with 12' seas when we doused sail and surfed into the marina. Here's some pics of the boat and the trip.

Sailing is fun. I was in a 19' dory on Martha's Vineyard several years ago in waves that dwarfed our craft; I was sure to find the life vests in a hurry.
