XCal3 Question

Using my XCal3, I flashed back to stock briefly and want to go back to my dynotune.

When loading up my performance tune, I'm always confused by the options.

Say Load Tune -> Custom Tune -> RET Street Tune

It will ask if I want to Change Settings with either of the 3 Choices below:

Keep Previous
Change
No


What do I want to pick to load my tune as it was dyno tuned? Keep Previous or No?

Also I was trying to verify my options under Tire Rotations were correct but it would appear I am locked out of that particular change.*

No, unless you have saved a change with the tune, i.e. global spark or something like that.
